Best Glaive Build and Recommended Skills Guide for Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty
Build Overview
The Glaive build for Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty draws on high levels in Earth Virtue to maximize damage output using glaive class weapons. You also gain access to a variety of Earth Phase Wizardries for taking on groups of enemies when you level up the Earth Virtue.
For secondary stats, it is recommended to put points into Wood Virtue to increase maximum HP and gain access to Wood Phase Wizardries that increase your survivability. Afterwards, you can invest in Metal Virtue as well which glaives scale decently as well.
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Best Builds for Beginners
Primary Weapon
Glaives will be the primary weapon for this build which are characterized by far- and wide-swinging horizontal attacks that are excellent for dealing with multiple targets. Glaives also boast incredible damage output and Spirit depletion rate, making it arguably the best armament among the polearms classes.
Secondary Weapon
To benefit from raising Wood Virtue, you can pick up straight sabres as a viable secondary weapon which have faster recovery than glaives. Straight sabres will also allow you to deflect incoming attacks more quickly owing strikes being less committal than with glaives.
