im stuck on falling animation after got pushed by a bull on the vergil chair

I’m not sure if this is a bug or a glitch from the game or just my device, but WuWa occasionally kicks me out since the last update. Whether it be in the loading screen(s) or when actually playing, it has been kicking me out.
