How to Level Up Characters Fast

Farm Resonator EXP materials in Simulation Challenge.

The fastest method to level up your Resonators is to farm Resonator EXP material in the Simulation Challenge: Resonance Potion. Doing so will earn a great amount of Resonance Potions (depends on your Union Level). Note that the Simulation Challenges consumes 40 Waveplates for each successful attempt.

Clear Quests with Resonance Potion Reward.

In Wuthering Waves, some quests offer Resonance Potions as rewards. To acquire Resonance Potions without spending Waveplates, complete the quests that provide them as rewards. While this method may not be as efficient as gathering Resonator EXP materials in the Simulation Challenge, accumulating Resonance Potions through quests can be beneficial occasionally.

Complete Milestones

Milestones offer significant rewards, including high-rarity Echoes and Resonance Potions. They are tasks or missions that act as benchmarks for your progression. Complete the Milestone missions to receive valuable rewards that will aid your progression.

Important Notes

Prioritize your main team in the early game.

In the early stages of the game, materials will be scarce and limited; therefore, it is highly important to use your resources carefully. It’s advisable to concentrate on leveling up the three characters you use the most, then focus on a single character until you acquire a five-star character from the beginner’s gacha. Afterwards, prioritize leveling up three characters that synergize well with the 5-star character you acquired.

Raise your Union Level and SOL 3 Phase.

The character’s level cap is determined by the SOL3 Phase, with a higher SOL3 Phase allowing for a higher level cap for both your characters and your Union Level (player level). To increase your SOL3 Phase, you must first level up your Union Level by completing the main story quests, side quests, and other in-game contents that yield Union EXP.

Furthermore, SOL3 Phase also determines the rewards you get from in-game contents, meaning the higher your SOL3 Phase is, the greater rewards you receive.
