How to Unlock Wishing (Gacha) in Wuthering Waves (WuWa)

Unlocked in Chapter 1 Act 1: First Resonance.

In Wuthering Waves (WuWa), wishing (gacha pull) is called Convene which lets you use the game’s premium currency (Astrite) to pull characters or weapons from various Convene banners.

To unlock Convene, you must go through Unlocked in Chapter 1 Act 1: First Resonance so try to skip the cutscenes if you want to start pulling form the gacha as soon as possible.

First pull is Baizhi (fixed).

The first time you pull from the standard Convene banner will get you Baizhi as part of the Convene tutorial. This fixed so there is no way to reroll this first pull in the game.

Various standard and limited Convene banners are unlocked after the Convene tutorial.

Once you complete the Convene tutorial, the currently-available standard and limited Convene banners will be unlocked, allowing you to pull from them using resources you claim from the mail and from doing various content since the start of the game.

The characters obtained from standard and limited banners are different so you should pull from the one that has the character or weapon that you want.

List of Convene Banners Unlocked in Chapter 1 Act 1: First Resonance

For new players, pulling from the Utterance of Marvels (Novice Character Convene) banner first is recommended.

For new players, it is recommended to first start pulling from the Utterance of Marvels (Novice Character Convene) banner since you are guaranteed 5★ character in at most 50 pulls. You also only need 8 Lustrous Tides instead of 10 for each 10 pull in this banner which is a good deal at the start of the game.

Lustrous Tides are obtained as you play through the game so you do not need to spend any money at all for your first pulls.
