Post-Game Unlockables in Horizon Forbidden West
Below is a list of all features unlocked after clearing Horizon Forbidden West‘s main story quests. This guide details all new content accessible once you beat all 17 main missions the game.
Free Roam Unlocked
After clearing the game’s main story, free roam is unlocked, allowing you to clear any side quests, Gauntlet Runs, Hunting Grounds trials, and other activities that will let you acquire any missing trophies in the game.
Is there a New Game Plus (NG+) Mode?
Horizon Forbidden West does not have a NG+ mode so it is not possible to play through the game from the beginning with all of your equipment, skills, and resources carried over. You must begin a separate playthrough to go through the entirety of the main story again.
You can try playing through the game again on a higher difficulty setting if you want a challenge. Note however, that there are no difficulty-related trophies and achievements in the game.
