Should You Kill or Spare Regalla in Horizon Forbidden West?
At the end of Horizon Forbidden West‘s main story quest The Wings of Ten, you will need to defeat the Tenakth Rebel Leader Regalla to progress to the game’s final mission. Afterwards, you will be given the choice to either kill her or let her live which gives you a chance to obtain a powerful bow in the game.
Choose to Kill Regalla
Choosing to end Regalla‘s life for her violent acts will allow you to obtain her bow Regalla’s Wrath. The weapon is an incredibly powerful Sharpshot Bow which boasts a massive boost to long-range shots and overdraw. Regalla’s Wrath’s rate of fire can also be improved through upgrades.

Choose to Let Regalla Live
Choosing to spare Regalla, meanwhile, will result in her joining you during the game’s final mission The Singularity. This option lets you view a few extra story cutscenes but will not have any effect on the ending you get afterwards.
Note that sparing Regalla during Wings of Ten will still result in her dying at the end of the main story, though she will be able to redeem herself through her final acts of helping you.
Recommendation: Kill Regalla to Get Her Unique Bow
It is highly recommended to go with killing Regalla as her unique bow Regalla’s Wrath is one of the best ranged weapons in the game. Its status as a Sharpshot Bow also means that you will be able to accurately target weak points at very long range, making it incredibly good at sniping.
