You can increase the amount of AP recovered by Repair Kits in Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon (AC6/Armored Core VI) by purchasing the Repair Kits – Optimization upgrades under OS Tuning (Attack Control).

Upon unlocking all 4 Repair Kit enhancements, you will be able to restore 2000 AP for each heal used which is extremely useful for taking the game’s later missions.

Upgrading your Repair Kits requires OST Chips which are rewarded for clearing Arena missions.

How to Unlock OS Tuning (Garage)

Clear Mission 09: Retrieve Combat Logs (Chapter 1).

The OS Tuning feature becomes available at the Garage once you have cleared Mission 09: Retrieve Combat Logs. More upgrades become available as you progress through the main story missions so be sure check the OS Tuning menu to view any new enhancements available.

Can You Increase Maximum Repair Kit Uses?

No way to get additional uses.

There are no upgrades or unlockable features that increase the maximum amount of Repair Kits you can use for each mission in the game. You will simply have to make do with the initial three (3) uses that you are allowed for each sortie.
