You can get Smoldering Ash by reaching specific Reward Tiers in the Diablo 4 Season of the Malignant Battle Pass. The tiers that reward them are listed in the table below. You can make progress in the Battle Pass by doing various activities such as killing enemies, advancing through the story campaign, completing Side Quests, or clearing Season Journey chapter of the objectives (Season of the Malignant).
Purchase Platinum with real money.
You can also purchase Platinum using real money to immediately skip Battle Pass Tiers (while still being able to claim their rewards). Note that level requirements will still be followed for all Tier Rewards.

Smoldering Ashes are a type of resource used to unlock and upgrade various Season Blessings while playing on Diablo 4’s Seasonal Realm. These blessings are essentially realm-wide bonuses that activate useful passive effects like higher Malignant Heart drop rate, XP gain from killing enemies, and even higher gold earned from selling loot to vendors.
