How to Use a Controller on PC Guide for Diablo 4
Diablo 4 can be played with a controller or gamepad.
You can play the PC version of Diablo 4 using a Playstation or Xbox controller instead of the keyboard and mouse.
There are no special settings and you can operate the gamepad just by connecting it to your PC.

Advantages of Controllers
Less input error + Less fatigue.
Players who usually use a controller often make input errors when using a keyboard and mouse. They are also prone to experiencing pain in the hands because they are not used to the controls.
An advantage offered by a controller is that it is less likely for you to input a wrong button (key). Some players may also find that there is less strain on the wrist when using controllers.
Disadvantages of Controllers
Keyboard and mouse is generally more comfortable.
Keyboard and mouse operation has generally more comfortable cursor movement. It is easier to finely adjust the direction and position of skills compared to the controller.
You can play more comfortably with a keyboard and mouse, but if you usually play games with a controller, you do not have to force yourself to something you are not used to.
