How to Get the Secret Ending in God of War Ragnarok
God of War Ragnarok (GoW Ragnarok) features a secret ending that only becomes accessible after the final battle. Note that this secret event can be accessed on any difficulty and does not require any special conditions or choices to unlock.

Clear A Viking Funeral Favor (Post-Game Side Quest)
After the final battle against Odin, simply progress through the post-game storyline until you are able to regain control of Kratos again. Talk to Lunda at Sindri’s House to begin the Favor A Viking Funeral.
The side quest marker will lead you back to Nidavellir in Svartalfheim where you need to talk to Durlin, Lunda, and Raeb at the small tavern. Afterwards, follow the quest marker again to the docks and ride the ferry across the water. When you arrive at Sverd Sands, approach Brok’s body to carry him to Sindri by the boat on the way to his final journey.
Note that clearing A Viking Funeral Favor does not reward you with anything and simply unlocks the story-related trophy “Funeral for a Friend.”
