Post-Game Unlockables in God of War Ragnarok
This page contains a guide on all post-game unlockables in God of War Ragnarok (GoW Ragnarok), including new game modes, quests, bosses, events, obtainable equipment and items, features, and content that become available after beating the game’s main story on any difficulty mode.
New Favor (Side Quest) – A Viking Funeral
After the game’s final battle, a post-game special Favor (side quest) will be unlocked when you talk to Lunda at Sindri’s House in Vanaheim. Simply follow the quest markers to advance this post-game event and prepare a fallen ally’s final journey.
Note that clearing the Favor A Viking Funeral will unlock the story-related achievement “Funeral for a Friend” (silver trophy). There are no other rewards received at the end of this side quest.
Secret Ending
The game’s secret ending plays after clearing the Favor above. This extra event is simply to have Kratos pay his last respects to a close comrade who was killed in battle.
