Sea Voyage Features and Guide

Sail through the vast seas and try out the new features.

There are new features to try out while sailing through the Obelia Bay. Get on board the Sandras and explore uncharted islands.

What is the Sandras?

A ship that you can board to explore and navigate the Obelia Bay. This ship can be configured and comes with “Manual” and “High Speed” modes. Manual mode gives you full control of the ship, while High Speed mode allows automatic navigation, similar to autopilot mode.

During the early stages of the game, the ship’s movement speed may be lacking, but as the game progresses and you continue to upgrade the ship, the ship’s movement speed will improve along with its other functions.

Additionally, you can also use “Mana Sail’ to temporarily increase the ship’s movement speed.

Naval Battle

As you sail through the vast sea, you may encounter Grieger ships. Once you engage them, the Naval Battle will commence.

Try to sink your enemies with the use of the different shells. Furthermore, you can also take advantage of the Mana Sail to directly inflict damage on your enemies, as well as the Mana Barrier to temporarily increase your defenses.

Recapture Battle

You can regain control of the islands that are inhabited by Griegers.

If you attempt to retake an island, the Recapture Battle will start.

The reclaimed island will not only serve as a base and a fast-travel point, but it will also map out the surrounding water region on nautical charts. This will make the exploration of the Obelia Bay more efficient.

Naval Boarding

There are some powerful enemy ships that possess a high durability bar. If you manage to reduce its durability bar to 0, it will stop moving. At this point, you have the opportunity to board the opposing ship and engage in combat with its crew. While aboard the enemy’s ship, both Adol and Karja will be able to engage in normal battles, like the battles they do on land.

Merchant Ships (Trading)

It is possible to trade items with merchant ships that you come across while at sea.

Once you see one, just approach it and check out its goods.

You can buy items and equipment carried by the merchant ships using your gold and materials. In addition, there are rare items that can be purchased exclusively through trading.

However, you should be careful, as some enemies disguise themselves as merchant ships in order to catch you off guard.

Tuna Fishing

There is a chance of catching tuna at sea. Therefore, keep an eye out for good fishing places while you cruise around the Obelia Bay.
