Awakening is when you evolve your heroes from 1 Star to a 5 Star hero. When you do awaken your characters, their individual stats will increase along with their rarity. Because their rarity and their rank goes up, they become a more powerful force to be reckoned with.

Stats Increase

When you do awaken your characters, their individual stats will increase along with their rarity. In other words, the more you awaken your characters, the stronger they become.

Skills

Similarly, as the Character’s Rarity increases, the initial skill also goes up. In this game, the 4 and 5 Star hero have a similar designation, however the 5th one has a (+) symbol beside it.

Reverts to level 1

When a level 30 character of Rarity 4 or 5 uses Awakening, his level will revert to 1. It can be assumed that Rarity 1 and 2 follow a similar case. To add to this, using Awakening is affected by timing since there is a temporary Strength drop after using. Therefore, decide carefully to find out the best time to use it.

Emblems

True to the game’s name, the Fire Emblem evolve your characters to a higher level. These items are useful in bringing up a hero’s rarity and rank in order to strengthen their power. While levelling up is good, Awakening them will not only increase their max level cap but also the increments to which the stats increase.

The feathers are another component in Awakening. These items increase the power of your characters. Just like emblems, the Feathers also have a low drop rate. This is a problem especially when increasing a 4 star character to a 5 star character. Because of this, people favour saving their feathers until they come across a rare character with a high rarity and rank.
