Differences among Rarity

“Basic performance” (5)

Given that the most skills is given to those who have attained the cap / 5 Stars (☆☆☆☆☆), this means that these characters perform very well with Basic Performance.

Increasing Rarity using Awakening

With awakening, even 3 Star (☆☆☆) Heroes can increase their Rarity.

Bonuses acquired by increasing Rarity

Currently, in this game, when using awakening on low rarity characters, it puts them at a disadvantage. However, certain rarity may acquire special skills not obtainable by others that belong to a different “rarity.”

How to obtain Rarity 5 Characters

Taking previous installments to account, it can be inferred that Rarity 5 (☆☆☆☆☆) heroes are only obtainable by using the Gacha system. As a result, this leaves low rarity heroes the most common obtainable during the Main Story.

Steps to attaining Rarity 5

Therefore the recommended strategy is to save awakening for Characters encountered from the Main Story, while those obtainable from the Gacha immediately attain “Rarity 5.”

Rarity 1-4 requires Awakening to get to 5

Since Rarity 1-4 heroes require awakening to attain Rarity 5, it is necessary to invest time on grinding to maximize their Rarity as opposed to Gacha obtainable ones.

Low rarity only obtainable

In some cases, you will encounter low rarity only Heroes as you progress through the game. Since there is no easier way to go about increasing their Rarity, it’s best to invest time for them by grinding EXP.

Reach Rarity 5

With these information laid down, you must then capitalize on obtaining the Gacha system Heroes which do not rely on Awakening. With Reset Marathon, focus on obtaining the low-rarity ones then get them to Rarity 5.
