Farming Badges is possible in one of two ways: either by heading to the Training Tower, or entering the Stadium.

In addition to the Feather, the Badges are necessary ingredients for crafting the material for Unlocking Potential. For each craft, you will spend one Feather and one Badge. It makes sense to infer that the lower the ingredient count requirement, the more difficult it is to farm. This means that in comparison to the Feathers, the Emblems seem to spawn at a lower rate.
Therefore, it is recommended to start farming Badge immediately to increase your Character’s Rarity.
