How to Use
Because she’s relatively squishy, the best thing you can do for her is keep her near someone who is tanky. Also, keep her at least in a moving distance where she can deal the finishing blow (if offensive tactics). However, defensively, she’s better off being surrounded with other heroes to take advantage of her Hone ATK 1 and Dance.
Why is she recommended?
Olivia is a powerful support if paired up with the right characters. Her dance can make Tiki’s powers devastating as she’s one of the S-tier characters. If also paired up with either Lucina or any high ranking character, she not only boosts their attack but allows them to attack twice. This makes Olivia very valuable in a party thus, having her rank as a member of the A-Tier for Fire Emblem: Heroes.
