Avoid exposure to the poison cloud

Don’t engage the boss close when it is using its toxic purple cloud. This deals damage over time even if you don’t attack the boss.

Let the poison status expire

If a party member gets inflicted, get away immediately make the poison expire first before attacking again.

Bait attacks before engaging

Let the boss unleash its pincer and tail swipe abilities first. While it recovers back to its neutral position, engage the boss with all of your pin attacks afterwards.

Launch the boss up in the air

Initiate your offense by launching the boss above. This will help your other party members set up and land their attacks.

Use fire affinity attacks

The boss is weak against Fire affinity attacks. Complement this with your other pins the boss does not have resistance against.
