Pikachu boasts excellent firepower, is able to inflict paralysis (slow), and has impressive skills used at long range. This versatility grants any team immense advantage in almost any situation and even allows the Pokemon to dominate when playing solo.

Thunderbolt (Lv.6)

Hindrance

Attacks with a strong electric blast, dealing damage to opposing Pokemon in the area of effect and leaving them unable to act.

Cooldown: 9 seconds

Electro Ball (Lv.4)

It is recommended to go for Electro Ball as it grants you a good control option to shut down key targets during early team fights with a guaranteed hit.

Getting Thunder instead is also a viable choice if you want to go for the more damage-focused route. Note that you will need to time the skill well to get the best returns here.

Thunderbolt (Lv.6)

Thunderbolt is an easy skill to use shut down the opponent’s movement at long distances. Because of this, it work incredibly well to create favorable setups during clashes.

Feel free to pick Volt Tackle instead if your team already has enough crowd control on its side.
