What is a Seed?
Obtained from releasing monsters.
Seeds can be obtained when you need release to monsters when you have a full party/reserve monsters, so if you release a higher rating monster, you’d get to collect many seeds upon releasing them and the types of seeds you can obtain from releasing a monster are random.
