How to Swap and Replace Monsters
Monsters can be swapped while on the field or during battle.
The monsters you own are divided into two groups: party and standby. You can change or swap them while exploring on the field or even during a battle. Swapping out monsters during a battle will allow you to replace immobilized monsters in your party or swap the ones that are incompatible with other monsters in your party.

If your party is wiped out, the monsters on standby will be automatically swapped in.
If ever your party gets wiped out during battle, the monsters on standby will serve as backup and will be automatically swapped in.
The monsters in your party affect your Scouting success rate.
The success rate of Scouting depends on the attack power and intelligence of the monsters in your party. Therefore, swapping monsters that have higher attack and intelligence stats will improve your chances of success in Scouting.

How to Swap Monsters in the Monster Depot
Head to the Paddock.
The monsters that you have caught or befriended will be automatically sent to the monster depot if your party is full. The monster depot is located at the Paddock, which you can easily access by using the teleportal in the village.
Talk to Zachariah.
To access the monster depot, talk to Zachariah once you reach the Paddock. By doing so, you will be able to swap monsters from the monster depot into your party. Aside from that, you can also view all the information about the monsters you own, including their traits, talents, and stats.
