Go through the hallway to the stairs.
| ①-1 | Move forward while firing enemies. Avoid shooting civilians. |
|---|---|
| ①-2 | Aim the head of the enemy on the right who is using civilian as shields. Then, eliminate the enemy on the left. |
Go upstairs.
| ②-1 | Continue forward and keep up with Captain Price. |
|---|
Protect the VIPs.
| ③-1 | Eliminate the enemies pretending to be paramedics. |
|---|
Head to the garage.
| ④-1 | Make use of the elevator rope to descend. |
|---|
Locate Captain Price and the ambulance.
| ⑤-1 | Shoot down the driver of the runaway ambulance. |
|---|---|
| ⑤-2 | Open the ambulance. |
Escort Makarov to the recovery area.
| ⑥-1 | Push Makarov on his back in order to move forward. |
|---|---|
| ⑥-2 | Eliminate the enemies from the bus and behind the stairs. |
| ⑥-3 | Pass through the gaps. |
| ⑥-4 | Take down enemies emerging from your rear. |
Open the gate together with Captain Price.
| ⑦-1 | Open the gate. |

Take the helicopter.
| ⑧-1 | Eliminate the enemies near the drop area. |

| ⑧-2 | Take the helicopter ride. |
