Phase 4: Void Walkthrough
1F Rogetsu Hall
| 1 | Watch the cutscene. Afterwards, pick up (Madoka’s Memo) near the area where Madoka was. |

| 2 | Walk toward the blanket on the floor to get some (Blue Spirit Stones). Then, head for the exit. |
| 3 | At the museum area, pick up some (Red Spirit Stones) on the sofa to your right. Note that a ghost hand may grab you here. |
| 4 | Exit through the door going back to the hall. Ghost #36: Nurse Going to Management Office will appear so shoot her. |
| 5 | Afterwards, go after the nurse and through the door. You will hear a strange sound as you come closer to the entrance hall again. |
| 6 | Approach the stairs for a short scene. Then, shoot Ghost #37: Patrolling Nurse as she goes up the stairs. |
| 7 | Follow the ghost to the second floor. |
2F Rogetsu Hall → Second Floor Ward
| 1 | Head for the Management Office and shoot Ghost #38: Nurse Calling Out by the door. Then, go inside. |

| 2 | Ready your camera again once you go inside and shoot Ghost #39 near the control panel. Then, approach the panel to turn it off. You will get (2nd Floor Nurse’s Log 3). |
| 3 | When you exit the room, the hospital comm will will get a call. Approach the comm system for a short scene. Afterwards, defeat the ghost of Fuyuko Shiratsuki. |
| 4 | You will obtain (Notice Experimental Music Therapy) once you take down the ghost nurse. |
| 5 | Exit the room and head to the second floor ward (the room across). In your next playthrough, you can use the Equipped Function “Sense” to reveal Ghost #229: Woman Standing in Red Room. She can be found by the door without a knob on the left. |
| 6 | At the second floor ward corridor, proceed forward and enter Madoka’s room on the right (Room 203). |
| 7 | Approach the desk to get Madoka’s Notebook from the drawer. |
| 8 | Exit the room and head further into the ward hall corridor. Your next stop is Ayako’s room (Room 207). |
| 9 | On your way to Room 207, you can make a quick stop at Room 206. Look around for a bit before leaving. Afterwards, continue toward Ayako’s room and the ghost of Kazuto Amaki will appear. Defeat him to get some Spirit Points. |
| 10 | Go inside Ayako’s Room and approach the bed. Then, ready your camera to shoot Ghost #40: Summoned Ayako. |
| 11 | When Ayako vanishes, check the table across the bed to get Stone Mirror. On the floor are some (Blue Spirit Stones). On the bed is (Chart: Ayako). More (Blue Spirit Stones) are found on the dresser near the bed post. |
| 12 | Go near the screens next to a shelf. If aim slightly to the lower left, you will see Hozuki Doll #23 so shoot it. |
| 13 | When you are ready, try to enter the small door north of the bed. Ayako will grab you when you do so break free quickly. |
| 14 | Afterwards, you will need to take down Ayako again. Just use the same strategies as last time and wait for her to move forward before shooting. |
| 15 | Once you defeat Ayako, you can now go through the small door. |
| 16 | Inside the hidden room, point your camera upward on the beam and shoot Hozuki Doll #24. Then, pick up Sheet Music and Black Notebook 1 on the toy horse in the corner. |
| 17 | Examine the curtain that’s blocking a section covered with some strings. Prepare your camera and shoot Ghost #41: Ayako in Bed. |
| 18 | Head back out the small door to return to Ayako’s main room. Then, head all the way back to the first floor entrance hall by going down the stairs. |
1F Rogetsu Hall Revisit 1 → Reigetsu Dining Room → Courtyard (Pool) Part 1
| 1 | From the main stairs, go left and exit through the door. Move through the corridor and prepare your camera to shoot Ghost #43: Standing Woman in Black when you pass by the window. |

| 2 | Continue following the corridor until you come to the large door of the dining room. Get some (Red Spirit Stones) in front of the door first before you enter. |
| 3 | Head for the piano and complete the mini game. |
| 4 | Afterwards, pick up some (Blue Spirit Stones) in the middle of the dining room. |
| 5 | Turn around and head for the door ahead. |
| 6 | Enter the door and take a shot of Ghost #42: Walking Woman in Black that walks out of the elevator. |
| 7 | Head in front of the elevator and pick up (Woman in Black’s Dropped Letter) on the floor. Then, get on the elevator and examine the operation panel to get (Elevator Usage) and (Rogetsu Hall -1st Floor Guide). |
| 8 | Get off the elevator and walk across to get (Red Spirit Stones) on the couch. Afterwards, walk past the left of the stairs and shoot Ghost #44: Woman in Black Pushing Wheelchair. |
| 9 | Follow the Woman in Black through the corridor and go through the door at the end. |
| 10 | Another scene with the Woman in Black will play so quickly aim your camera ahead to shoot Ghost #45: Woman in Black Going to the Courtyard. |
| 11 | Afterwards, head forward and grab (Type 61 Film) on the wall with the masks. Then, go inside the room next to it. |
| 12 | In the next area, aim your camera at the pool where the wheelchair is to shoot Ghost #46: Wheelchair Woman. Then, turn right and right to pick up (Power-Up Lens “Slow”). |
| 13 | Follow the path through the courtyard to reach the open area where the wheelchair is. Before approaching the wheelchair, pick up (Blue Spirit Stones) on the left corner of the area. Walk a little ways forward to the left to get (Red Spirit Stones). |
| 14 | Do not go near the wheelchair yet. Move past the pool and up to the window of the building on left to shoot Hozuki Doll #25. |
| 15 | When you are ready, equip Power-Up Lens “Slow” and walk up to the wheelchair for a double ghost battle. |
Woman in Black and Wheelchair Girl Ghost Battle
| 1 | Stay on the move and focus on taking out the ghost that smaller ghost (Wheelchair Girl) who is not wearing a hat first. Remember to keep both enemies in your view. This pair of ghosts like to appear behind you so turn around when they briefly vanish and wait for them to materialize. |

| 2 | With the Slow lens equipped, you should be able to slow the ghosts’ movements and even hit both of them when they line up. Once the smaller ghost is defeated, the bigger one (Woman in Black) will be very easy to take down as well. |
1F Rogetsu Hall Revisit 1 → Courtyard (Pool) Part 2
| 1 | After the battle, pick up (Thin Copper Key) to the left of the pool. |

| 2 | When the faceless ghost appears, run as fast as you can back to the entrance. You will instantly die if the faceless ghost catches you. |
| 3 | Once you are back at the corridor, turn right and walk all the way back to the elevator area. To your left is a storeroom you can unlock using the Thin Copper Key. |
| 4 | Go inside the room and get Type 61 Film from the shelf. Then, turn around and enter the door leading to a flight of stairs. Go down the stairs while looking at the shelves on your right. Shoot Hozuki Doll #26 on the lowest shelf. |
| 5 | Keep going down the stairs to reach Rogetsu Hall Basement 1. |
B1F Rogetsu Hall → Water Management Office → Breaker Room
| 1 | Move forward through the corridor. When you come to an intersection (where the path opens to the left and right), go right and move forward. |

| 2 | Go through the door and you should be at the water storage management office. |
| 3 | Walk forward to the shelf and pick up (Sacred Water). Then, turn left while facing the shelf and aim your camera at the floor to find some sandbags to shoot Hozuki Doll #27 in the water below. |
| 4 | Exit the water storage management office through the door you came in and backtrack to the intersection. This time, take the path that opens to the left (just keep following the corridor to see the door leading to the breaker room). |
| 5 | Enter the breaker room for a short scene. Then, pick up (Blue Spirit Stones) in the corner. Afterwards, back a bit from where you got the Spirit Stones aim upward to find Hozuki Doll #28 hanging on the pipes. |
| 6 | Pick up (Type 14 Film) on the shelf and (Duty Nurse’s Memo) on the table on the right. |
| 7 | Now turn around and approach the control panel. To solve the puzzle, go to the middle number (1) and flip it to (9). Then, go to the next number on the right (6) and flip it to (0). This should give you (23) on the main counter. |
| 8 | After solving the puzzle, turn around quickly and shoot Ghost #47: Patrolling Man as it leaves through a door. Then, go through that door. |
| 9 | Move forward towards the wall with the small door ahead. Then, turn right and point your camera down the stairs to shoot Ghost #48: Guarding Man. Afterwards, go down the short flight of stairs and aim your camera upward to shoot Hozuki Doll #29 on the beam above. You can also pick up (Power-Up Lens “Pierce”) on the floor nearby. |
| 10 | Go back up the stairs and try to open the door that you just came through earlier that leads back to the breaker room. This will initiate a battle against the ghost of Masanobu Fuchiki. Try to move back and forth through the narrow passage (and up and down the stairs if you need to) to give you some space to line up a shot against the ghost. |
| 11 | You will get (Mourning Shrine Rituals) upon defeating the ghost. Then, go through the door leading to the breaker room again. |
| 12 | Exit the breaker room through the door that goes to the intersection again. This will cause the faceless ghost to appear again so run back to the storeroom by going up the stairs. Then, exit the storeroom through the door to return to the elevator hall. |
| 13 | Back at the elevator hall, go back all the way to the entrance hall by turning right and following the corridor. |
| 14 | After a bit of walking, you will be back at the entrance hall. This will trigger a battle against the ghosts of Tadayuki Kaido and Tomoko Hinuma. As with previous double ghost battles, just stay on the move and always have both enemies in front of you before shooting. Try to get both enemies to blossom to get a shot at Ghost #172: Tadayuki Kaido – Blossoming and Ghost #180: Tomoko Hinuma – Blossoming. |
| 15 | After the fight, you will automatically record Ghost #179: Tomoko Hinuma. |
| 16 | Walk all the way back to the elevator hall again. Then, get on the elevator which should work now. Your next destination is the third floor. |
| 17 | Once you get on the elevator, ready your camera to shoot Ghost #49: Man Standing in Elevator. Then, operate the elevator via the control panel and go to the third floor. |
3F Rogetsu Hall → 3F Management Office
| 1 | Get off at the third floor elevator hall. Then, turn right and head down the first batch of stairs. Look to your left and shoot Hozuki Doll #30. |

| 2 | Head back up the stairs. Then, walk straight across to the Management Office ahead. |
| 3 | Once you enter the door, go left the front reception booth and shoot Ghost #50: Waiting Nurse. Then, turn left to find a lock with a poster on it. Aim your camera above it to shoot Hozuki Doll #31. |
| 4 | Go into the room where the sitting nurse was. To your left is a desk with (Third Floor Room Assignment) in the filer. Then, walk to the hospital comm on the right and enter the 1956 as the code. |
| 5 | Turn around quickly and shoot Ghost #51: Nurse Going to the Room. Then, leave the room from where you came in and go left. Pick up (Type 14 Film) and (Red Spirit Stones) nearby. Finally, exit through the door to the next area and walk forward for a cutscene. |
