Farming Lunar Eclipse Sakuya (Final Boss)
The best way to get Spirit Points fast can be done during the game’s Final Phase (story chapter). You will need to battle the game’s final boss Lunar Eclipse Sakuya and force her to respawn by failing the final piano puzzle mini game. Doing so allows you to keep fighting her to earn lots of Spirit Points.
Steps for Farming Lunar Eclipse Sakuya
Below are the steps for farming Spirit Points on the final boss. It is recommended to have as many Type 90 Films as possible to be able to repeat this method faster.
| 1 | After defeating Sakuya, examine the piano inside the shrine house. |

| 2 | Deliberately fail the piano mini game (by failing three times) or stop playing. This will cause Sakuya to be revived. |
| 3 | Quickly turn and run away from Sakuya. If she manages to grab you, try to break free and get away from her. |
| 4 | Aim your camera at Sakuya and perform combo x3 on her using Type 07 Film. |
| 5 | Perform combo x2. Then, for the 3rd combo, switch to Type 90 Film to finish off Sakuya with a max attack. |
| 6 | Repeat steps 1 to 5. |
Allows you to earn around 440,000 Spirit Points in one cycle.
This method allows you to get around 440,000 Spirit Points each time Sakuya is revived. Note that you will need at least one Type 90 Film which costs 7200 points from the shop for one cycle. Each fight against Sakuya takes about 1 to 2 minutes depending on your skill and luck against her. Doing this method for 30 minutes to 1 hour , meanwhile, can get you around 10 million Spirit Points.
Note that you may automatically get a Game Over after Sakuya is revived a certain number of times. Because of this, it may not be possible to get infinite Spirit Points using this method (needs confirmation).
Farm Spirit Points before going beginning New Game Plus (NG)+ on higher difficulties.
It is highly recommended to farm Spirit Points on your first playthrough against Sakuya to help you on higher-difficulty New Game Plus (NG+) playthroughs later on, especially in Nightmare mode where you cannot purchase any items to help you throughout your entire run.
