Design & Paint Guide for Forza Motorsport 8

Customizing your Cars

From the Home menu, go to Cars and select Design & Paint. You need to pick a car first that you want to design and paint, and then upon picking the car, there will be multiple options you can choose from to start on customizing the design on your car.

Paint Car

The first option from the Design & Paint is the Paint Car, and clicking on it will give you access to change the color of the car. You can paint every parts of the car and you can also pick any colors.

There are Normal colors, Manufacturer colors, Special colors, and if you want a different color, select the Color Fine Tune which allows you to adjust the Hue, Saturation, and Brightness of a specific color.

Decals and Vinyl Select

Allows you to create designs from different types of shapes, manufacturer decal, and many more designs are available inside this menu, and then you can also save your designs.

You can place your designs on any part of the car and you can also adjust the size of it to make it more fit to the car part or you can play around with the placements of the shapes and designs.

Sharing Designs

After creating a design and naming it, you can freely share your saved designs to other players. The file name and creator will be displayed publicly when you share a design.
