Based on the previous Forza Motorsport games, there are no license plates available on the car’s customization and no options to add one on your car. The license plate feature is available only on the Forza Horizon games.
As for the upcoming Forza Motorsport 8, it is not yet confirmed if cars have license plates or if you can change license plate.
