Substory 30: Close Encounters of the Bird Kind Strategy Guide
Defeat Sojimaru.
Sojimaru will be at level 29 during this fight. When the battle begins, destroy the battery charger nearby to gain the advantage in battle.
Once the charger is destroyed, burst down Sojimaru using gun skills and the fight should end quickly.
