Chapter 3: The Fool Walkthrough Summary
| 1 | Run away from the police by inputting the QTE commands. |

| 2 | Watch the cutscene. Afterwards, Kiryu will join your party. |
| 3 | Read Kiryu’s battle tutorial. |
| 4 | Talk to Kiryu inside Revolve Bar. You can go to the 2F to find a recovery box and item box. |
| 5 | Respond during the timed event.

| 6 | Aloha Links app will be added to your smartphone. |
| 7 | Use an emote by pressing the □ button on master. |
| 8 | After the event, you will get +20 Charm points. |

Chapter 3: The Fool Strategy Guide
Kiryu’s Battle Styles (Dragon of Dojima Job)
Kiryu can freely change his battle style to adapt to various situations in battle. Below is a summary of what each style does and how to switch to them while fighting enemies.

| Brawler | A balanced style that lets Kiryu perform powerful Heat Actions. | Press Up (↑) on the directional pad. |

| Sledgehammer | A style that focuses on attack power and defense. Is the slowest out of all of Kiryu’s styles. | Press Right (→) on the directional pad. |

Chase Sequence QTEs
Input the buttons that appear on the screen during the escape and pursuit sequences to clear the each section. You do not need to tilt the left analog stick to avoid obstacles as this is done automatically.

Crazy Delivery Mini Game
Use the R2 button to accelerate and the left analog stick to control your direction. Note that you can perform various tricks by tilting the left analog stick and pressing the circle (◯) button.
Bear in that your objective in the mini game at this point is to simply reach the quota. Because of this, you do not need to focus so much on performing as many tricks as you can.
Increasing Bonds with Allies
The game’s Bond system lets you deepen your relationship with allies, allowing the latter to gain new skills or unlock new jobs. You can raise your Bond level with various characters through a number of ways such as triggering Walk & Talk event, spending time with them in mini games, talking to them via Party Chats, and fighting alongside them as often as you can.

Bond Bingo Walk & Talks
Walk & Talks are special events that occur at specific locations in the game. Areas where Walk & Talks occur are displayed in pink on the map. Going to these locations will let you view a cutscene involving certain party members which shed light on their backgrounds.
After watching a Walk & Talk event, it will be recorded in a character’s Bond Bingo card. At the same time, you will earn Bond points with that character to raise your Bond level.

Aloha Links
Aloha Link is a gameplay mechanic that allows you to interact with various NPCs using emotes. When you greet someone for the first time, they will automatically be registered as a friend in the Aloha Link smartphone app.

Once you befriend an Aloha Link NPC, you can fill their friend gauge by spending time with them. Doing so will raise Kasuga’s different Personality Stats throughout the game.
Fortune Points Exchange
The fortunes you collect in the game lets you earn points which can be exchanged for useful items like weapons and armor. The points you earn will depend on the type of fortune you find so try going around town to avoid missing out on any of them in the game.
Poundmates
You can call Poundmates to aid you in battle by paying the required fee. These summonable allies can perform a variety of useful skills such as dealing damage to all enemies on the battlefield, applying buffs and debuffs, or healing the party. This makes Poundmates extremely useful when taking on tough enemies, especially bosses fought throughout each chapter.

Defeat Roman
Roman will be at level 11 when you fight him so you might want to grind a few levels to make the fight easier (you can trivialize him by being around level 13). Remember to use Perfect Guard to reduce the damage he deals and use healing items if you need to.
