Chapter 8: Return to Sender Walkthrough Summary
| 1 | After the cutscene, Seonhee will join the party. |

| 2 | Leave the house and defeat the thugs. |
| 3 | Head to Roman Seisakusho. |
| 4 | After the cutscene, go to Alo-Happy Tours (Ijinmachi). |
| 5 | Head to the batting cages. |
| 6 | Go inside the batter’s box. |
| 7 | Complete the baseball mini game. |
| 8 | Watch the cutscene. Afterwards, The Bucket List will be unlocked. |
| 9 | Exit the house and walk down the stairs to unlock a Memoirs of a Dragon spot. |
| 10 | Go to Charabakura. Afterwards, Saeko will join the party. |
| 11 | Go to Karakoe. This unlocks Survive Bar as a safe hub. Byte Rescue is also unlocked. |
| 12 | Go back to Kasuga’s apartment and rest. |
| 13 | Ride a taxi to Seiryu Clan HQ. |

Chapter 8: Return to Sender Strategy Guide
Control switches to Kiryu.
Chapter 8 shifts the focus to Kiryu, making him the main playable character. Note that equipment and items you obtained using Kasuga are shared with Kiryu in this chapter.
Survive bar becomes a safe hub.
You can now use Survive bar as a safe hub similar to Revolve bar in Hawaii. This means that you do not need to return to Kasuga’s apartment to fully recover the party’s HP and MP all the time as you can simply go to Survive if it is closer.
Raise bond levels via mini games and party chat.
You can increase your bond with party members by playing mini games and triggering party chats. A good play for the former is the batting cages in the area.

Batting Cage Mini Game
To clear the batting cage mini game, aim the cursor on the purple spot and time your swing at the right moment. The better your aim and timing, the higher the chance of getting a home run.
The Bucket List
The Bucket List is a series of collection objectives focused on Kiryu’s memories. This feature consists of Life Links , Memoirs of a Dragon, and Unfinished Business which can be completed to obtain Awakening points and enhanced abilities for Kiryu, and unlock achievements in the game.

Memoirs of a Dragon
Memoirs of a Dragon are a collection of locations that hold important memories for Kiryu from events that have occurred in past Yakuza games. These areas are marked in light blue on the map. You will earn Soul, Tech, and Body Awakening points for Kiryu for visiting any Memoirs of a Dragon spots.

Unlocking Memoirs of a Dragon also gives you access to Kamurocho where many Memoirs of a Dragon spots are found.
Byte Rescue
Byte Rescue are optional missions that you can clear to earn useful rewards and enhancements for Kiryu. Byte Rescue missions are marked by the symbol that looks like a hero’s helmet and usually appear when innocent civilians are in trouble around the map.
The fight against Amon is unwinnable.
Note that the Amon fight in this chapter is scripted as you will easily die in one hit. The story will simply progress afterwards to the Dragon’s Resurgence tutorial and you will not lose any money or be forced to restart after the fight.
Dragon’s Resurgence
Dragon’s Resurgence is a special ability unique to Kiryu that temporarily reverts the combat system to past action-style Yakuza games. This allows you to do deal massive damage through combos while being able to freely move around the battlefield.

To activate Dragon’s Resurgence, press the R2 button when the special gauge is full. Then, press the □, △, and ○ buttons to execute combos on enemies to stack as much damage as you can.
