It is recommended to level up all Personality Stats (Passion, Confidence, Charisma, Kindness, Intellect, and Style) to level 5 as soon as possible. This is because each Personality Stat increases a specific status ailment resistance and also unlocks a skill inheritance slot at level 5, giving you an advantage in battle and more chances to resist status ailments.
Increasing Intellect and Confidence should be your top priorities after leveling up all other Personality Stats to level 5. That is because the Intellect stat provides resistance against silence and enhances Hero’s Wisdom, whereas the Confidence stat provides resistance against fear and enhances Hero’s Guts. Having more resistance to both silence and fear status ailments is beneficial to you and your team, as enemies and bosses commonly use these status ailments in battle.
