How to Change Jobs
Change jobs in the Alo-Happy Room at Alo-Happy Tours (Waikiki Street West).
You can change into jobs you have unlocked by going to the Alo-Happy Tours. Once inside, simply enter the Alo-Happy Room to switch any character to a different job.
When to Change Jobs
After learning Extreme Techniques.
It is recommended to change jobs once a character has learned Extreme Techniques from reaching specific job ranks in the game. Extreme Techniques can be transferred to different jobs, expanding a character’s options and strategies available to them in battle.
After gaining increased stats.
Raising your job rank gives you useful boosts to a character’s base and job stats. Because of this, try changing to as many jobs as you can and raise each one’s job rank to benefit from the bonuses granted to your character’s base attributes in battle.
Benefits of Changing Jobs
Lets you inherit Extreme Techniques of other jobs.
Extreme Techniques learned from one job can be transferred to another. This grants a character a wider arsenal of abilities to use in battle which can synergize with other techniques learned by other characters.
You can initially inherit a maximum of 4 Extreme Techniques to a different job. This can be increased to 6 once you raise your bond level in the game.
Stat increase can be carried over to different jobs.
The stat increases gained for reaching specific job levels carries over to any job you change into. Job stat bonuses unique to each job, however, cannot be inherited between jobs.
