How to Unlock Miss Match App
Becomes accessible after clearing Substory 7: Miss Match (unlocked in Chapter 3: The Fool).
The Miss Match app becomes unlocked once you clear Substory 7: Miss Match during Chapter 3: The Fool. To begin the side quest, head to the park by the intersection of Seaside Avenue and Waikiki Street and approach the Dolphin statue. Doing so will trigger a cutscene which automatically starts the substory.

What is the Miss Match App?
A smartphone app that lets you play the Miss Match mini game.
The Miss Match app is a feature in Kasuga’s smartphone that gives him access to the dating mini game in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth.
Using Miss Match, you can look for potential dates by making the appropriate responses when chatting on the phone, sending your potential date emote stamps, and finally meeting them face-to-face.
Going out on dates will increase many of Kasuga’s Personality Stats based on the women he meets. Because of this, it is recommended to use the Miss Match app often when you are not focused on progressing through the main story.
