You can play the karaoke mini game by examining the microphone at Revolve Bar. Note that it costs 5 Dollars to sing one song in the mini game.
Spending time at the karaoke with allies will raise your Bond Levels with them so try to stop by Revolve Bar to sing as often as you can.

You can order 6 types of dishes at Revolve Bar by talking to Kei. You can also order specific meal combos that will grant you temporary boosts to evasion which is useful when taking on tough enemies and bosses during the main story.
