| 1 | Approach the old man in front of the Mohala Shaved Ice to start the substory. |

| 2 | Move to Momo Street and speak to the old man. |
| 3 | Head to the Anaconda Shopping Center and get on the escalator close to the taxi dropoff. |
| 4 | Follow the stroller. |
| 5 | Defeat the enemies. |
| 6 | Speak to Gondowara at the Me Ke Kai Nani Hotel on Seaside Ave. |
| 7 | Select “Ready” when Gondawara asks if you are ready to “make it snow.” |
