Sujimon Battles Guide for Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth
What are Sujimon Battles?
Sujimon Battles are a returning mini game in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth that lets players capture, train, and battle collectible fighters known as Sujimon in exciting 3-on-3 team battles.
The objective of Sujimon Battles The goal is to assemble your team of competent Sujimon to other Sujimon Trainers throughout the game. As you climb the competitive ladder, you will eventually come face-to-face with the Discreet Four and the Sujimon Master who are said to be the strongest Sujimon Trainers in Hawaii.
New Sujimancer Job
As you progress through the game’s main story, you will be able to unlock the new Sujimancer job.
The Sujimancer is summoner-type job who calls forth Sujimon to aid him in battle. The Sujimon’s strengths depend on the Sujimon that he is able to summon so acquiring and training powerful Sujimon is essential to bring out the full potential of this job.
Sujimon Battle Summary
Sujimon can have one of five types of attributes with each having its own strengths and weaknesses.
It is important to have the type advantage as much as possible in battle so try forming a party that suits your tactics based on each Sujimon’s attributes.
You can raise your party’s morale with accurate instructions and use special moves to lead to them to victory.
What are Sujimon?
Sujimon are collectible ally characters in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth who you can train to compete in Sujimon arena battles. Sujimon and Sujimon Battles are heavily-inspired by Pokemon, the massively popular monster battle video games and media franchise.
Sujimon you collect are logged in a record system called a Sujidex which is likely based on the Pokemon series’ iconic Pokedex.
Acquired through a number of methods.
Sujimon are obtained through a number of ways, including recruiting them from random battles, defeating them in Sujimon Raids, and rolling for them in the Sujimon Gacha using money or Sujimon Tickets.
Can be recruited after a battle using Suji Gifts.
At the end of a battle, you can recruit a Sujimon by offering them a Suji Gift. This is the most straightforward way of collecting Sujimon in the game.
Sujimon Raids
Limited-time Sujimon Raids feature recruitable Sujimon who will join you if you defeat them in battle. Note that Sujimon Raids disappear over time so it is recommended to prioritize them to avoid missing out on Sujimon you can add to your available roster.
Sujimon Gacha
Finally, it is also possible to obtain new Sujimon from Sujimon Gacha spots found all around Hawaii. You will, however, need to use money or spend Sujimon Tickets to draw from the Gacha.
Raising Sujimon
Enhancing Sujimon Abilities
You can enhance the abilities of Sujimon by giving them a nutritional drink called a Sujimunch.
Awakening Sujimon
Sujimon will becoming stronger through a process called Awakening whenever you feed them another Sujimon of the same species. Doing so increases the Sujimon’s stats and abilities, making them more formidable in battle.
Evolving Sujimon
Sujimon who undergo constant Awakening will have a chance to evolve which vastly improves their overall capabilities in battle. Because of this, try to spend time training and awakening Sujimon until they can reach their maximum potential.
