How to Perform Finishers in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2

Pres the △ + ○ when the Focus bar is charged.

You can use finishers in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 by pressing △ + ○ when the prompt appears on the screen (above your target’s head). Doing so allows Peter or Miles to unleash a powerful attack that can take out many regular enemies in one hit. Note that you will need to have at least one (1) bar of Focus to perform finishing moves.

How to Charge the Focus Bar

Land combos on enemies.

You can accumulate Focus by chaining together combo attacks on enemies. This means that you will get Focus faster by repeatedly landing a string of hits on foes throughout the game.

Increase Focus gained through suits, skills, gadgets, and suit tech upgrades.

Certain suits, skills, gadgets, and suit tech upgrades may directly or indirectly help you charge up the Focus bar faster. Be sure to take advantage of these so you can keep using finishing moves in battle.
