Anyone who has followed the production of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 throughout the past year knows that both Peter and Miles will eventually run into each other when they are web-swinging across New York City. If you are either playing as Peter or Miles, you can come across the other one doing, well, Spider-Man things, and you can jump in and provide assistance. In return, you will get a dialogue exchange or interaction between the two, one of which is the reenactment of the Pointing Meme.

Press the Triangle button to interact with the other Spider-Man.

Once you come across the other Spider-Man, the one that you are not controlling, approach him and interact with him by pressing the Triangle button. During this interaction, both Spider-Men will point at each other, recreating the iconic Pointing Meme, and it will end with both of them laughing.
