How to Claim Demo Rewards Guide for Pikmin 4
Clearing the Pikmin 4 playable demo allows you to receive special bonuses in the Pikmin Bloom smartphone game app and the full version of Pikmin 4 when it is released for the Nintendo Switch.
Earn 1500 Sparklium or more to clear the demo.
The trial version of Pikmin 4 can be completed once you have accumulated at least 1500 Sparklium and have ended the day. Afterwards, you can follow the steps below to receive your rewards.
Steps to Claim Oatchi Rider Costume in the Pikmin Bloom App
Getting the Reward Code from My Nintendo Official Website
Note that an internet connection is required to complete the steps below.
| 1 | Clear the Pikmin 4 playable demo (earn 1500 Sparklium or more in the game). |

| 2 | Click “Send” when the demo clear confirmation appears on the screen. |
| 3 | Go to My Nintendo official website. |
| 4 | Click on “Pikmin 4 Oatchi-Rider Costume Redeem Code.” |
| 5 | Click on “Redeem” to get your Reward Code (may take 48 hours to appear on your My Nintendo rewards page after you cleared the demo). |
| 6 | Note that you must sign-in with the Nintendo Account you used to download and install the Pikmin 4 demo. |
Entering the Reward Code on the Pikmin Bloom Niantic Labs Gift Redemption Page
| 1 | Go to the Pikmin Bloom Niantic Labs Gift Redemption page by clicking “Access Now.” |

Equipping the Pikmin 4 Oatchi-Rider Costume in the Pikmin Bloom App
| 1 | Go to your Profile. |

| 2 | Go to Edit Mii in the lower right corner of the screen. |
| 3 | Go to Special by swiping the tabs at the upper section of screen. |
| 4 | Select Pikmin 4 Oatchi-Rider Costume and tap Save in the lower right corner of the screen. |
Important Mechanics for Claiming the Oatchi-Rider Costume in Pikmin Bloom
- Each player is limited to one Redeem Code. It is prohibited for users to transfer or sell it to other players.
- The Redeem Code can only be entered on the Niantic Labs Code Redemption page by logging into the same account you used to sign-in to your Pikmin Bloom account. For players logged in with an Apple ID, they can choose to link another login provider to their account via the support page. Then, players can use that account to redeem the code. There is, however, currently no way to use this method to claim the reward for players using Niantic Kids accounts.
Pikmin 4 Full Version Rewards
May automatically be claimed when launching the full version of Pikmin 4 (to be confirmed).
While not confirmed, it is expected that the rewards for completing the Pikmin 4 playable demo will be in the form of useful items such as Raw Materials needed to craft gear or consumable items. More information on this will be added when it is confirmed in the full version of the game.
