Transferring save data from the Pikmin 4 playable demo to the full game is easy.

All you have to do is load the save file created in the trial version while playing the full game. Once you purchase the full version of Pikmin 4, your progress in the demo will automatically be carried over once you load the save data.

Note that if you earn 1500 or more Sparklium in the demo, you will receive special bonuses in the full game.

How far can you progress in the Pikmin 4 playable demo?

Allows you to complete a day with 1500 or more Sparklium.

In the Pikmin 4 playable demo, exploring the Garden of Beginning and ending the day with 1500 or more Sparklium accumulated will clear the trial. You will then be forced back to the title screen afterwards.

The estimated play time for the demo is about 2 to 4 hours.

Loading your save data after clearing demo lets you play a bit more.

If you load the game save after completing the trial version, you can play a bit more of the Rescue Command Post the day after the last exploration section.

Gameplay, however, will only be limited to the Rescue Command Post. If you try to go out to explore, you will be returned to the title screen.
