How to Unlock the Treasure Catalog
Rescue Schnauz in the second cave at Sun-Speckled Terrace after finding Russ.
The Treasure Catalog is unlocked by rescuing Schnauz in the second cave you enter at Sun-Speckled Terrace (after clearing the first cave). This means Schnauz and the Treasure Catalog will only become available at the Rescue Command Post after you have rescued Russ first in the first cave of Sun-Speckled Terrace.
