How to Destroy Shields Easily Guide for Stellar Blade (Project EVE)

What are Shields?

Defensive gauge that reduces the damage EVE’s attacks deal on enemies.

In Stellar Blade (Project EVE), the amount of damage EVE deals when attacking enemies is reduced by the latter’s shield indicated by a gauge under the enemy’s HP. The higher the enemy’s current shield gauge, the greater the damage reduction applied to your attacks.

Attacking enemies will deplete their shield gauge.

Attacking an enemy will reduce both their shield and HP gauges. To deplete an enemy’s shield, simply attack them. You do not need to perform any special actions to destroy an enemy’s shield.

Tips to Destroy Enemy Shields Fast

Use Shield Breaker (Beta Skill).

The Beta Skill Shield Breaker allows you to deal improved shield damage when attacking enemies. It is recommended to use this skill at the beginning of the battle to take out a significant portion of the enemy’s shield gauge early on.

Use gear that are effective against enemies relying on shields.

There are various gear that increase your damage to shields and those that increase HP damage dealt on enemies once you penetrate their shields. Consider using such gear when aiming to take down enemies who rely on shields as quickly as possible.
