How to Respec Skills in Stellar Blade (Project EVE)
Use an SP Initializer.
You can respec skills in Stellar Blade (Project EVE) using an SP Initializer at the Skill Settings menu. This allows you to refund spent SP and reallocate them to new skills you want to get. You can buy an SP Initializer for 200G at the shop to reset your skills as many times as you like.

How to Unlock Skills
Spend SP at Camps to learn skills.
Skills can be learned by spending SP at the Skill Settings menu at Camps. Note that this feature is accessible at both regular Camps and Supply Camps.
You preview skills before unlocking them.
You can preview and test skills before unlocking them at the Skill Settings screen at Camps. If you are undecided on spending SP to unlock a certain skill, try it out first to get a feel for its usage and usefulness to you.
