How Long Does it Take to Beat Valkyrie Elysium’s Main Story?

Valkyrie Elysium can be completed in about 20 hours which includes doing a few optional side quests encountered throughout the game’s main story. This, along with many of the title’s notable features, was revealed in a pre-launch review published on the Japanese video game media website Famitsu.
Multiple Endings
It has been confirmed that Valkyrie Elysium will have multiple endings that can be viewed by making specific choices during key story events. Furthermore, a multitude of side quests are also expected to be available in the game in addition to unlockable content that can only be accessed after beating the main story.
These features will likely extend the play time to several more hours beyond the minimum mentioned in the Famitsu review.

Valkyrie Elysium is a third-person action role-playing game and is the fifth installment to Square Enix’s Valkyrie Profile series. The title was released September 29th, 2022 for the Playstation 4 and Playstation 5. The Steam version was recently released this November 12th, 2022.
Continuing the franchise’s focus on Norse mythology, Valkyrie Elysium once again puts players in the role of one of the eponymous maidens known as Valkyries to seek out and guide the souls of slain heroes.
