Find the Glass House on Old Mound Street
| 1 | After activating the ‘Oak’ Windmill, You can talk to Peter at the Cadet Academy Settlement in Quarry End to start this side quest. |

| 2 | Once you have talked to Peter, you can follow the mission marker. Head over to the marked location, it will be a brick house with glass rooftop. |
Give Peter’s Rose to the Old Lady
| 1 | Once you have reached the location, just follow the marker until you see a corpse in a red shirt sitting in a couch. |

| 2 | Inspect the corpse and there will be a letter on the left side of the body, give the rose Peter asked you to deliver. |
| 3 | After doing that, return to Peter and report back what happened and the letter. You will receive a reward of Helen’s Rose Necklace. This completes this side qyest. |
