Objectives
| 1 | After completing the Main Story Quest “Markers of Plague”, You can talk to Will to start this side quest. |

| 2 | Once you have talked to Will, you can follow the mission marker. You can go to the rooftops of the building just to avoid Howlers and Infected in the streets, you can easily drop in the exact building location. |
| 3 | Head into the entrance and crouch on your way in, head to the door on your left side. There will be a notice of THV chemical in the area, this will effect on your immunity. |
| 4 | You can immediately head towards the marker, just by the door on the right side. |
| 5 | Open the door and you’ll see Theodore. There will be a cutscene for finding Theodore. You will receive a reward of 500 Combat XP and 150 Old World Money. This completes this subquest. |
