Main Quest Walkthrough
Find the tunnel entrance
| 1 | Follow the quest marker to the entrance to the tunnel. You can avoid the Infected on the way if you want. |

| 2 | Once your transformation triggers, look for Waltz’s footsteps leading to the entrance of the tunnel. |
Enter the tunnel – Get to X13
| 1 | After entering the tunnel, you will pass out. |

| 2 | Watch the cutscene. |
| 3 | Grapple onto the latch point to your left and swing across the next platform. |
| 4 | Move forward across the narrow beam and squeeze under the opening in the tunnel. |
| 5 | Take out the Infected when your transformation activates. Then exit to the right to the open road area. |
| 6 | Head to the left where the cliffs are and go up to find a cave. |
| 7 | Follow the straight path through the cave until you come out the other side. |
| 8 | Drop down into the lower area below. Then, swim across the lake to the marked location. |
| 9 | Come up to the left side of the entrance to X13 and walk up the incline. Drop down and squeeze through the entrance. |
| 10 | Move forward to the elevator and try to use it. |
| 11 | Watch the cutscene. |
Wait for Lawan – Join Lawan
| 1 | Wait until Lawan figures out a way to open the shutter. |

| 2 | After Lawan gets back to you, head to the door to the left and open the door ahead by pressing the button on the right. |
| 3 | Pass through the corridor and go inside the next room. Take out the Infected there. |
| 4 | Open the door ahead and move to the next corridor. Then, enter the next room to reunite with Lawan. |
| 5 | Go to the next area with Lawan. |
Kill the Renegades – Get back to Lawan
| 1 | Take out the Renegades in the area. Try to kill off a few of them until you are able to trigger your transformation. This will allow you to plow through the enemies on the lower area. |

| 2 | Afterwards, climb up the trucks to reach the Renegades shooting at you from afar. |
| 3 | After dealing with the Renegades, follow the quest marker to check up on Lawan. |
Find Waltz
| 1 | Move under the trucks to avoid getting spotted by the enemies in the area. |

| 3 | Watch the flashback. Afterwards, you will automatically get Mia’s Birthday Photograph (Artifact). |
| 4 | Head into the bed near the wall on the right to get X13 Medical Chart: Wayne (Artifact). |
| 5 | On the table next to the bed is X13 child’s letter to his mom (Artifact). |
| 6 | To the left of the bed is a stool with X13 Medical Chart: Gabriel (Artifact). |
| 7 | Exit the room. Then, feel free to loot some items from the adjacent room. |
| 8 | Proceed further along the corridor. Turn left and head inside the room ahead where you can pick up X13 Medical Chart: Wendy (Artifact) and X13 Medical Chart: Oskar (Artifact). |
| 9 | Exit the room and head left. Then, head inside the room to your right for another flashback. |
| 10 | Head inside the door where Waltz was standing in the flashback. |
| 11 | Watch the next flashback. Afterwards, pick up X13 child’s poem addressed to Dr. Waltz (Artifact) and X13 Medical Chart: Petra (Artifact) near the door. |
| 12 | Press the button to open the door and go inside the next corridor. |
| 13 | Go through the next series of electronic doors to your right. |
| 14 | When you reach the large room, head left and press the button to open the door. |
| 15 | Take out the Renegades in the area. Then, head to the door on the far end and enter the next area. |
| 16 | Approach the door on the left and watch the cutscene. |
Chase Waltz
| 1 | Defeat the Renegades. Then, follow Waltz through the corridor while dealing the more Renegades along the way. |

| 2 | Approach the door at the other end of the corridor and watch the cutscene. |
| 3 | Head down the stairs and move forward. Force open the deactivated door and move forward until you catch up with Waltz. |
Kill Waltz
| 1 | The final battle against Waltz goes through 4 phases. During the first phase, Waltz will frequently use punches to damage you. When you see him jumps high into the air, move back to avoid the shockwave he creates when he lands. He can also jump a short height and shoot out a straight shockwave toward you that you should jump over. Note that he can do this attack three times in a row. If you need to heal up, you can jump down the platform to the lower area below. Head back up to engage him again. |

| 2 | Once you have almost depleted his health, the second phase of the fight will begin. Waltz will use the smoke around the circular platform to sneak up on you. You must use listen carefully to know when he will be attacking. Dodge his attack and get in a few good hits. When he retreats into the smoke again, position yourself in the middle of the platform and wait for him to come out again. |
| 3 | Upon almost depleting Waltz’s health again, the third phase will begin. The boss will start relocating frequently while hurling debris at you. Move quickly on the platforms to catch up to him and pummel him when you get the chance. Avoid falling to the lower area or you will get damaged from the chemical fumes below. |
| 4 | Once you lower his health again to almost zero, the fourth phase will begin. Simply use your transformation and wail on Waltz to end the fight. |
| 5 | Watch the cutscene. |
Stop the missiles from launching
| 1 | Afterwards, decide whether to let Lawan Detonate the bomb or save her instead. Lawan will die if you let her detonate the bombs (and if you killed Hakon earlier during the main quest). If Hakon is alive, he will save Lawan when she tries to detonate the bombs. |

| 2 | If you decide to go after Lawan, she will live but many of The City’s residents will die. |
