Inhibitors are collectible items in Dying Light 2 Stay Human that allow you to upgrade your maximum health and stamina. Certain skills in the Combat and Parkour trees are also unlocked only after you have increased your parameters using the item.

Three Inhibitors are required to gain one increase to health or stamina. Because of this, it is recommended to take the time looking for them during the main quest.
