The First Biomarker Walkthrough

Find the First Biomarker

1	After completing Main Quest “Markers of Plague”, you can talk to McGregor at the Trading Post Settlement in Trinity to start this side quest.
2	Once you are done hearing out McGregor, head out and look for the Biomarker, just follow the mission marker.
3	The First Biomarker is at the marked location at the Saint Joseph Hospital. Enter the building and climb your way in.
4	Look around the area and search for Dr. Katsumi’s office with the safe. Once you see the safe, the code will be 973, and then get the First Biomarker.

Return the Biomarker to McGregor

1	Once you have obtained the First Biomarker from the safe, return to McGregor.
2	You will receive a reward of Inhibitor and a Confidential Notice to GRE Personnel. This completes this side quest.
