Phase 2: Resonance Walkthrough
2F Rogetsu Hall → Management Office
| 1 | Watch the cutscene at Mutsuki Entrance Hall. You will then obtain the (Camera Obscura) and (Prof. Aso’s Note 3). |

| 2 | Head forward to hear a strange beeping sound. Continue walking ahead and go inside the Management Office on your right. Once inside, pick up all glowing items on the tables which are the (2nd Floor Nurse’s Log 1), (Second Floor Room Assignment List), and some (Blue Spirit Stone). |
| 3 | Examine the hospital comms next to the desk on the right side of the room (you will need to come back here later to input a code). Then, check under the desk to get (Equipped Function “Evade”). |
| 4 | Leave the room. When you open the door, you will see a ghost across the hall with his back turned. Take a shot of Ghost #11: Patient Before Ward Door. |
| 5 | Examine the door that the ghost was looking at. When you find out it is locked, backtrack near the starting point and go down to 1F Rogetsu Hall using the stairs. |
| 6 | Ghost #12: Girls Running Downstairs will appear as you approach the stairs so quickly aim your camera and shoot them before they reach the lower floor. |
1F Rogetsu Hall
| 1 | Continue following the girls as they turn right from the stairs. Ghost #13: Girls Peeping Into Room will be in front of a door below the stairs so take a shot of them there as well. |

| 2 | Enter the door that the two girls went into and pick up (Picture Drawn by a Child). Then, turn around and grab some Blue Spirit Stone above the power supply. |
| 3 | Exit the room and walk forward, going past the stairs you came down from. Continue ahead and you should find some (Red Spirit Stone) on the floor near the large glass door. Then, approach the large glass door and shoot Ghost #14: Staring Man in Entrance Hall. |
| 4 | Turn around and approach the front desk. On the floor is (Notice Referred Patient). Turn around again and examine the strange clock. Then, aim your camera on the clock’s foot (it will be colored blue) and shoot it. You will then get the (Grandfather Clock Code – 8395). |
| 5 | Go back up the stairs and into the Management Office again on the second floor again. |
2F Rogetsu Hall Revisit 1 → Second Floor Ward
| 1 | When you open the door to the office, aim your camera to shoot Ghost #15: Nurse Asking for Help. Then, approach the hospital comm device and enter the Grandfather Clock Code (8395). This will open the door to the second floor ward (the door that Ghost #11 was staring at earlier). |

| 2 | After opening the door to the second floor ward, defeat the ghost of Fuyuko Shiratsuki. During the battle, you can try waiting for her to bloom to get a shot of Ghost #160: Fuyuko Shiratsuki – Blooming. |
| 3 | Leave the office and enter the second floor ward. |
| 4 | Follow the corridor. When you see a door on the right, examine it. Then, prepare to battle the ghosts of Iori Aiba and Natsuki Shiono. To deal with the two ghosts, stay on the move and use evade until you can get both of them in your camera’s view to damage them. Try to avoid attacking only one since the other will hit you from your blind spot. Once you defeat them, Ghost #176: Iori Aiba will be added to your list. You can also try to get Iori to bloom to shoot Ghost #176: Iori Aiba – Blooming. |
| 5 | After taking down the ghosts, go past the door and pick up (Female Patient’s Note) on the floor to your right. Then, aim your camera at the door and you should see a noose for Ghost #216: Women Hanging by the Neck. |
| 6 | Head back to the previous door and shoot it to reveal a scene (Room with Books). |
| 7 | Backtrack all the way to the entrance of the ward. Exit through the door again. |
| 8 | Take the stairs again going down to the first floor. |
1F Rogetsu Hall Revisit 1 → Archives
| 1 | As you come down the stairs again, quickly turn around and aim at the top of the stairs to shoot Ghost #16: Girl Standing on Stairs. |

| 2 | Head forward past the front desk and turn right to a corridor. Follow it to a door and go inside. |
| 3 | Inside is another small corridor. Enter the door on the left to enter the archives. Then, turn right and enter another door ahead. You should see a Hozuki Doll on the shelf that you can shoot. There is also (Power Up Lens “Pressure”) on the shelf and (Red Spirit Stone) on top of a stack of books on the floor next to it. |
| 4 | Keep going deeper into the archives for another ghost battle. This time, you need to take down the ghost of Tadayuki Kaido, the one you saw earlier at the start of the level. Stay on the move and remember to keep some space between you and the walls since he likes to appear out of them. Use evade when he gets close and you should take him down after a few shots with Type 07 Film. |
| 5 | After the battle, pick up (Purified Moon Room’s Key) on the table by the mirror. |
| 6 | Head back and leave the archives. As you open the door to go out, Ghost #17: Woman Standing Before Mask will appear in the background that you can shoot. |
| 7 | Pick up (Black Mask Fragment – Left Eye) and (Prof. Aso’s Masks Inquiry) in the glass case on your left near the spot where the ghost appeared. |
| 8 | Leave the archives and make your way back through the series of doors again until you are at the first floor hall again. |
| 9 | Head for the stairs and shoot Ghost #18: Fallen Girl on the floor. Then, walk forward and shoot Ghost #19: Girl Looking Down at the top of the stairs. |
| 10 | Go up the stairs to the second floor again. |
2F Rogetsu Hall Revisit 2 → Management Office → Second Floor Ward
| 1 | Go up to the Management Office again and defeat Fuyuko Shiratsuki again. Afterwards, check the hospital comm again. |

| 2 | Leave the office and enter the second floor ward again. Go through the corridor again and use the Purified Moon Room’s Key to open the door that was locked earlier. |
| 3 | Go inside the room and pick up (Type 61 Film), (Madoka’s Diary) (on the round table), and (Letter to Madoka) (on the desk). There is also (Equipped Function “Measure”) inside the open drawer. |
| 4 | Examine the blue cloth to the left of the desk. |
| 5 | Turn around and face the bed to shoot Ghost #20: Madoka Sitting on the Bed. Then, pick up some (Red Spirit Stone) on the dresser on the left. Approach Madoka on the bed to get (2nd Floor Nurse’s Log 2). |
| 6 | Aim your camera on the clock above the bed to shoot Hozuki Doll #11. |
| 7 | Turn back and leave the room. As you do so, turn around quickly again to shoot Ghost #21: Peeking Girl. |
| 8 | Open the door to go out. Then, quickly aim at Ghost #22: Nurse Calling for Ayako that walks by. Then, follow the ghost through the corridor. |
| 9 | As soon as you go around the corner, aim your camera at Ghost #23: Girl Dragging Nurse and shoot it. |
| 10 | Continue forward and enter the room at the end. Approach the bed for a ghost boss battle. |
Ayako Ghost Boss Battle
| 1 | Break free from Ayako when she grabs you at the start of the fight. |

| 2 | The best time to shoot at Ayako is when she is approaching you while she is floating or walking. She tends to immediately move sideways when she appears in the air so wait for her to do this once before shooting her. |
| 3 | Use Herbal Medicine liberally here if she does land a few hits on you. |
| 4 | After defeating Ayako, the chapter will be cleared. |
