Gurangatch

Unlike the Sea Devil and the Coral Devil, the Gurangatch is a quest specific monster that shows up on the Main Quest. While doing the Main Quest: Hand of the king, the creature appears at Cartanica in Fodina Caestino. Its appearance is similar to that of the Sea Devil and the Coral Devil in Final Fantasy XV. Crocodile-like with leathery wings attached to its appendages along with a dorsal fin sprouting from its back. Its markings are also visibly different, covered in both the green markings of the Sea Devil and the red markings of the Coral Devil. Because of its amphibious nature, it frequently attacks near the water and attacks with its razor sharp teeth.

This creature commonly drops Rough Scales which you can either sell as Gil or use it to add effects to spells. And when using the Engine Blade or any weapon that draws out elemental units, the chance of it dropping fire units is higher.
