Florina is one of Lyn’s closest friends. She met Lyn as a Pegasus Knight-in training when she crashed into the tree. After crashing into the tree, Florina falls out of it until Lyn catches her. This starts their friendship and she serves as one of Lyn’s elite soldiers alongside Eliwood.

Stats

Florina’s special ability is her Heavy Lance ability. When she’s levelled up high enough, her damage soon ignores defensive stats and can still deal damage even if armoured. She also has a rally ability known as Ardent Sacrifice which allows her to heal her allies’ HP by 10. She has high base speed, true to her being a Pegasus Knight.

Strategy

Florina, being a flier and an armor-breaker, makes her useful against armored Red Units or just armored units in general. What makes her potent is her weapon – the Heavy Spear which deals increased damage against armored units. However, there are some armored units such as Hektor that can still deal heavy damage against her. She works well in places with many trees and mountains, quickly skimming over them to get to the other side.

One of the more probable teammates to join her is Clarine due to her being a Cavalry unit. As a Cavalry unit, Clarine can heal Florina of any incoming damage that she takes in.

For skill inheritance, Florina can possibly inherit Lancebreaker. This grants her higher damage against Blue Lancer units such as Sully, Subaki, Cordelia, Mathilda, Berkut, and many others. This increases her versatility as a character despite her middling ATK and Speed. Another skill to use is Swordbreaker which enhances her already high affinity towards Red units. She becomes a terrifying force to deal with especially against Draug.

Quick Riposte is similar to Vantage save for when the counter-attack occurs. And for Florina, this is quite useful especially since her attack is mid-tier compared to many other Blue Lancers like Hinoka, Berkut, and Mathilda.

Counter

Virion – If Virion has Silver Bow+ and Astra, he can one-shot her due to his affinity towards flier units. Another is that he has Seal Spd which lowers her chances of being able to attack twice. This can easily be remedied with Quick Riposte, however.
Takumi – As the strongest of the colorless bows, he can easily seal her speed and deal heavy damage with his already high ATK.
Hektor – Despite him being armored, Hektor still has distant counter. His high HP prevents him from being knocked over easy. His being a Green Axe unit as well gives him an advantage over Florina who has low DEF.
Setsuna – As an archer, she has inherent affinity towards flier units. However, she also has higher HP which allows her to take in some damage and win via attrition.
Jeorge – Jeorge, as an archer, is already deadly to Florina. However, what makes him more terrifying is his ability to seal her SPD and ATK which is already mid-tier. Any lower and she won’t be able to deal damage for the next turn. Even with her armorbreaking weapon, he can easily reduce her attack and soften the incoming damage towards his allied armored units.
